- Venue Search: I tap into my network and insider knowledge to put together a tailored shortlist of venues that fit your brief.
- Proposals: I send you a clear, comparison of your best options, making decisions straightforward. I support you putting together your shortlist and making additional changes and further bespoke amendments that may need to be made
- Site Visits: I arrange site visits to the venues, these can be virtually or in person, so you can experience them before you commit. I attend when I can and if required, I can even do this on your behalf and send you an array of pictures/videos with my personal commentary!
- Contracting: Once you’ve chosen your venue, I negotiate the contract on your behalf to ensure you get the best terms and rates. I then introduce you to your venue contact to continue with final details
- Follow-Up: After your event, I follow up to hear your feedback and make sure everything went smoothly.
