We consult with venues on their Sales & Marketing needs through agreed pro-active activities. We can offer bespoke short or long term agreements, contracted on a daily rate.

Venues: Hotels and venues who are looking to secure business as either an extension to their sales team, or as a replacement sales team out on the road, pro-actively securing business for the venue.

Offering a free service to the client, we love to find venues for clients and take away the hassle of looking for venues for their company events taking place in London, UK or Europe

Who might be interested?

Event buyers, corporate event managers, PA’s, EA’s and VA’s looking to book an event on behalf of their company.  We can source any venue you need to make your event work best for you.



We love to network! We organise our own networking events as well as attending events within the industry; our focus is to connect event buyers with venues in an informal environment.

Quarterly Showcase:  Who might be interested?

Event buyers genuinely interested in booking the showcase venue on behalf of their company. This event is by personal invitation from Lyndsey and has previously taken place at Grosvenor House, The Dorchester and Browns.

Caledonian Club Logo


Just off Hyde Park Corner, Park Lane Events consults with the Caledonian Club on maintaining and attracting their meetings, incentive, conference, event and wedding business.

Situated 2 minutes from Hyde Park Corner and 8 minutes from Victoria, The Caledonian Club is perfectly located for London meetings and events. Offering a selection of elegant function rooms accommodating from 4 to 250 delegates with natural daylight and free Wifi, the Club also has a terrace providing the ideal setting for al fresco entertaining during the summer months.

From your first point of contact, the club’s close-knit and experienced team will take you all the way through your event, ensuring attention to detail at every stage and giving you peace of mind. Founded in 1891, the Club moved location to 9 Halkin Street in 1946. A terrace garden was added in May 1994 and in 2006, a new four-storey wing was officially opened by HM The Queen, accompanied by HRH the Duke of Edinburgh.

Brief:  Become a ‘Group Co-ordinator’ – Invite potential buyers to be hosted at the Meeting Show 2017.  So basically, clients (PA’s, EA’s, Corporate Events buyers) and agents who book meetings, incentives, conference and events in the UK & Europe to meet with suppliers at the show.

Now in its fifth edition, The Meetings Show is a FREE three-day international event for the UK inbound and outbound meetings and events industry that take place at London Olympia 13th-15th June.

UWC Logo - Park Lane Events


BRIEF: To maintain relationships with existing business and introduce new events business via sales & marketing strategies, proactive activities and social media.

Located near Park Lane, Park Lane Events consulted with the University Women’s Club on maintaining and attracting their meetings, incentive, conference, event and wedding business.  Initially starting as a 3-month project evolving into a 7-month project introducing new members to the club in the process.

One of the last great Devonshire Country Houses, the Deer Park Country House has seen many changes over its 300-year history.

Originally a squire’s mansion dating back to 1721, the Georgian house is now a stunning hotel, family owned and independently managed.  In late 2016, the multi-million pound re-development of the country house was completed with the addition of a beautiful Orangery, luxury thatched tree house, Motor House and executive detached house.
